4 2011 XBRL Filings

XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) is an electronic format used for communication and reporting of financial data. In February 2009, the SEC ruled that all public companies would be required to make available quarterly and annual financial statements as XBRL filings by the end of 2011.
