The Ethics Program provides employees with a toll-free hotline and a Web site, where employees can express in complete confidentiality any related issues. Employees may also bring ethical concerns to the attention of their supervisors, a manager or any member of senior management.
 
When employees join KAR Auction Services, they receive a laminated wallet card with the Ethics Program phone number, Web site and other pertinent information. All materials are available in English, Spanish and Canadian French.
